Delivery

We have a flexible despatch operation, depending on the size, urgency and location of the order.  Please advise any special requirements when you order.

Most orders received by 4:00 pm will be despatched the same day by DHL 24hr service to the mainland UK.

Orders to remote destinations may be put on a 2-3 day service.

Please ensure that somebody is available to recieve parcels at your chosen delivery address. Parcels that have to be re-delivered may result in a subsequent delivery charge being made.

We can arrange for 10:00am or 12:00am service at an extra charge.

Large or heavy boxes, such as Garment rails are automatically sent by DHL on a 2-3 day service.

Pallet quantities are normally sent by 2-3 day service, but we can arrange for a next day service at an extra charge.

DELIVERY COSTS

Orders below £85.00 are delivered for £8.00

Orders of £85.00 and over are delivered free of charge.

There is an additional charge of £5.00 per box for deliveries to Northern Ireland.

There is an additional carriage charge for deliveries to Channel Islands, please see the price of this on application.

Special Delivery costs

12:00 Next day £5.00 per box

10:00 Next day £15.00 first box and £13.00 for subsequent boxes.
