REQUEST A CATALOGUE

Feel free to browse our catalogue online or use the search facilities to learn more about our products, however if you wish to receive our catalogue, just e-mail your details and we will send it by return.

DELIVERY

Stocks permitting, orders received by 4pm will be despatched by carrier on a 24hr service anywhere in Great Britain.  There will be an additional charge of £5.00 per box for deliveries to Northern Ireland. Larger boxes and pallet deliveries may be sent on a 2-3 day service. There will be an additional carriage charge for deliveries to Channel Islands, please see the price of this on application. If timing is critical, we can offer before 10am or 12am service at extra charge. NON-STOCK PRODUCTS

All products with a stock code are normally held in stock and despatched the same day. For items without a stock code, there may be a delay in despatching your order and we will advise you at the time, as this can vary.

PRICING

Prices for small quantities are next to the product in the relevant pack/box quantities.  Prices are believed to be correct and up to date, but we reserve the right to change the prices or product details without notice.  All prices are exclusive of VAT.

We offer very competitive discounts for large quantity orders, please contact us for details.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

We have over 20 years experience in this market and should you not see the product you are looking for on our web-site, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you.

PAYMENT

We require payment in full before despatch of your order, unless credit facilities have been arranged.  Our credit terms are strictly 30 days net.

RETURNS

If you have received stock products and for whatever reason are not entirely happy with them, simply return them to us undamaged and in the original packaging within 7 days and we will give you a 100% refund (This offer excludes special orders and printed products).

CONDITIONS

Responsibility for the goods shall pass to the purchaser from the time of despatch.  We cannot take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods belonging to customers, nor accept claims for consequential damages relating to the goods we sell or handle.  Any claims for damage or short supplied goods must be made in writing within seven days of goods being received.  Title of the goods shall not pass to the purchaser until full payment has been made.
